The controversies over Denikaina Ready film do not seem to end. In a latest development, Mohan Babu organized a press meet at his residence in which several Brahmins from Chennai supported Mohan Babu. They said that it is not right to perform the list rites to any person who is alive. They also said that Dr. Mohan Babu is a very kind hearted person and had immense respect towards the brahmin community.

Meanwhile, the elders in the film industry such as Ramanaidu, Thammareddy Bharadwaj, etc.,  held a press meet at the film chamber and said that any controversies must be resolved in a peaceful manner and no one should resort to any means of violence. They condemned the attack on the theatres and the offices and residences of film personalities in the latest case on Denikaina Ready and also Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu.

There were protests by several Brahmins outside the film chamber when the press meet was going on and the police arrested some of them. The Brahmins claim that the film has derogatory scenes on the brahmin community and also condemned the attack on Brahmins at Mohan Babu’s residence who came to discuss and protest regarding the film.
