Revanth Reddy yesterday strongly criticized Governor Narasimhan yesterday with the above words explaining TDP MLAs had been denied an appointemnet to meet the Governor for three days now. The MLAs wanted to meet the governor to hand over a petition in Minister Dharmanna Prasad Rao’s case.

The Governor should act as a constitutional protector. Instead Narasimhan is behaving like an agent of Sonia Gandhi. If this continues we will have to fight against the very office of the Governor. VANPIC scam is one of the largest in the country and when the CBI wanted to prosecute Minister Dharmanna Prasad Rao in the case, the Cabinet refuse the permission. When in the past similar situations arose in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat the then Governor there intervened and ensured permission was granted. We wanted to request the Governor to follow the same here as well” explained Revanth.

Revanth Reddy asked Narasimhan as to why he made it a point to meet Sonia Gandhi, the representative of a political party, everytime he met the Prime Minister and the Home Minister in Delhi. He then asked if the Governor was trying to make Rajbhavan into Gandhi Bhavan.
