In what was otherwise a touching speech on Prof. Jayashankar’s dedication and the Telangana aspiration, KCR’s comments such as Andhra people do not pay taxes while the Telangana people diligently pay, the deity of Telugu Talli has become a devil for Telangana etc have once again set off political verbal war. TDP leader Somireddi Chandramohan Reddy called KCR a “pycho” and said he was slowly losing his mind.
