Already having a tough day with Advani’s attack on the Congress Party for failing to control the Assam clashes, Sonia Gandhi lost her cool when the Telangana Congress MPs began to protest the indecision on the Telangana issue.

Sonia asked them to take their protest outside the Parliament and expressed deep frustration with her own party men behaving like Opposition members. The T-Congress MPs later said they took Sonia’s comments in the right sense and would continue their protest outside the house.

The house also had to be adjourned for an hour today due to the controversy over Advani’s comment that the Congress was running an “illegitimate” government as they had bought votes during the 2008 no-confidence motion.
